-OH CRAP.
that's a wonderful way to start this post, at least i think so.
-Katelyn if you read this you should know that the title is for you since you do around singing that all the dang time.
-i keep hitting the dang caps lock button and it is annoying me GOODNESS.
-so i had a psychology paper due today and i have an extrememly bad feeling about it. i know i did not do a very good job on it, i think the assignment was just bad. Have you ever had to do something that has boundries but they are very far out there and you know what you are supposed to do but it's kind of like your own thing? well i hate assignments like that? i am better at having something laid out right in front of me and following it step by step. Left to my own devices the situation will usually turn out messed up.
-oh goodness. i took a 23 minute power nap and i slept on my thumb weird and now it hurts. Good to know right?

-I drank 2 cans of coke zero today so now i am drinking water! water tastes BLAH like nothing. but i know i must drink it darn this bland taste.

-Today in my ids. class a "sister" came in and taught us breathing techniques to help us cope with the stress of the holidays and exams. It was really weird. We had to sit there and breathe all the bad things in our lives out and breathe in peaceful air. Then we had to stand up and rock while pushing out arms out then bringing them back in like we are carrying something. It really was a special. This is the pose of bringing the good and peaceful air in.

It's really creepy...like saying "c'mon over here peaceful air, i will breathe you in and in a few moments you will leave as bad air" Freaky, i know.
